How to play

Practise recognising and typing complete words during a 60-second mission. Words descend in separate lanes; clearing them before they arrive protects your ship.

1. Choose a difficulty, press Play and focus the word-entry field.
2. Type one of the visible words. A matching prefix is highlighted so you can see your target.
3. Finish the word to clear it. Correct a wrong character with Backspace; Escape pauses.

Choose one word and finish it

Look for the lowest word you can type reliably, then complete it before switching targets. Jumping between similar prefixes can cost more time than slowing down for one accurate word. Relaxed mode is useful for learning the rhythm before increasing the pace.

Scoring a mission

A cleared word earns ten points per letter, plus a streak bonus that grows by five points per consecutive clear and is capped at 50. A five-letter word on the first clear earns 50 points; the next five-letter clear in the streak earns 55. Missed words cost lives. The run ends when the timer expires or all lives are lost.

Your progress and privacy

No account is needed. Personal bests, preferences and saved progress stay in this browser where supported. They do not sync between devices. Keyboard and mouse test events are never saved. You can clear saved activity from the home page; the privacy notice explains consent and measurement.
